Spray-Dried + Homogenized (Quick-Soluble)
- → Dissolves almost instantly – even in cold water
- → Smooth, spherical particles = no lumps, better flow
- → High purity and consistent quality
- → Ideal for beverages, emulsions, and flavor encapsulation
Mechanically Powdered (Traditional Ground)
- → Slower hydration – needs more time and mixing
- → Jagged, irregular particles = higher risk of clumping
- → May retain natural impurities like sand or bark
- → Suitable for adhesives, dry blends, or cost-sensitive uses
If you need speed, precision, and clean formulation – go with spray-dried.
If your process allows slower mixing and you’re working with traditional applications – mechanically ground can still do the job.
